Paul Turner is a partner of the Firm and the head of the litigation group. His practice focuses on civil litigation and arbitration as well as telecommunications law. Mr. Turner represents foreign and domestic corporate entities, high-net worth individuals, and professional athletes in all types of matters. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Turner served as general counsel for various Florida-based telecommunications companies with over $500MM in revenue where he supervised litigation, labor and employment law matters, and regulatory matters. Mr. Turner has handled hundreds of litigation, arbitration and/or regulatory matters and has appeared in cases, arbitrations and/or regulatory proceedings in Florida, Texas, Ohio, Colorado, Georgia, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Representative Matters
Successfully litigated commercial litigation matter in
excess of $70MM. Successfully arbitrated commercial arbitral
matters in excess of $100MM. Litigation counsel for professional
athletes in partnership and agency disputes. Served as General
Counsel for telecommunications carriers, including negotiating
and drafting of interconnection agreements and redistributing
domestic facilities and personnel to offshore locations.
