Founded in 2004 with the vision of providing premier legal services in an entrepreneurial environment to a broad range of clients, Perlman, Yevoli & Albright, P.L. (PY&A) offers a full service corporate law practice, taxation and estate planning counseling, and commercial and business litigation advocacy.
The firm's three founding partners provide over 30 years of combined experience in advising clients from entity formation through capital raising, sophisticated commercial transactions, and successful exit strategies. The firm’s litigation partners have successfully litigated involving claims for tens of millions of dollars. The firm is dedicated to promptly and efficiently providing our clients with innovative solutions to their transactional, taxation, and litigation challenges. Our attorneys bring a unique depth of understanding to each matter. They have been entrepreneurs, and include a former company president, a professor of economics and two former in-house counsels.
PY&A’s corporate law practice specializes in corporate finance, including private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, technology and computer law, corporate tax, secured transactions, securities, franchise law, international law, general commercial transactions, and private wealth services. PY&A’s litigation group focuses on and member disputes, partnership disputes, business fraud, deceptive and unfair trade or consumer claims, civil theft, misappropriation of trade secrets, corporate dissolution, commercial litigation, and breach of contact claims. The firm has close relationships with local and global investment banking firms. In addition to their practices, our attorneys are dedicated to the local community and are actively involved in business development boards and economic councils, as well as charitable and civic organizations. Representative clients of the firm include a private equity fund, an international retailer, a medical imaging company, software companies, telecommunications companies, publishers, marketing companies, law firms, real estate developers and a wide variety of other private companies.
